Rude AF employees who do not seem to love the beautiful place they work.
Purchased a $20 ticket to enter during Thanksgiving week, was told I could upgrade to a year Nat'l park pass within a week for a discount. Awesome. I had wanted to get another pass, but was trying to budget, so the discount gave me a push.
I went to Red Rock, thinking I could do it there - but was told I needed to return to Lake Mead. Okay, my fault, fine. So we drive there across town, happy to get our pass (that we loved having last year)...and I swear this guy did NOT want to upgrade me. He tried three different ways to tell me no. He studied it like it was fake. Want my ID? Here.. Told me I couldn't use a card & had to pay cash, as that was how I bought the other pass. Luckily, I had that on me. Here ya go.
I dunno how you can be so miserable working in this wonderful place.
