I took my mac book air in to diagnose some issues I have been having with it. I have had it for about six months and bought it brand new from the apple store.
When I started having issues, I called apple support and they were quick to blame me for the issues I was experiencing and claimed that it would not be covered under my warranty. This did not sound right to me, so I figured I would take it in to a store in order to get a second opinion in person.
I was looking to make an appointment with the genius bar and the two apple stores in my area had no appointments for a few days.
Computer doctor BG had a same day appointment. I showed up twenty minutes early expecting to wait and Allen took care of me right away. He listened to the details of my issues and ran a diagnostics test for me. Then, even when the diagnostic test came back clean, he kept my computer so they could clean the adapter and make sure there are no issues. This is all covered with my limited one year warranty.
Allen was so kind and helpful during my visit. While I was there, he worked with other customers as well. He gave them the same attention and care as he gave me.
