  • Okay, we have been in this store many, many times and what I appreciate about the store is that the team that works here is ready and willing to assist if you need it but otherwise will leave you to browse their vast selection of items without any pressure or constant follow-up. We have always had friendly service at this store but last nights experience was exceptional. A huge shout out to Jacob and the other young man that was working (wish is caught his name). They were both friendly and engaging. My kiddos took quite a long time making their final selections but there was no pressure. At checkout Jacob helped me find our years-old LEGO frequent flyer account and shared info on how to reactivate it. He was friendly and engaging and made a good experience a great one!
