  • Customer service is a plus, employees are always welcoming and make conversation as they do your nails. Quality of service is why my rating is so low, I had a pedicure (which was fine) and gel manicure done with full color and just under two weeks of having them done, the corners started to chip and I sat and peeled off every bit of polish without much effort. Also, the polish didn't cover my whole nail, there was a considerable gap from the bottom of my nail to the actual polish. Prices were decent for pedicures, but for the quality of my mani, it wasn't with it. The store itself was clean and renovated from the last time I was there (over a year ago). Would only return for a pedicure; I have not been let down with the quality.
