  • Repair to engine mounts in March. Paid in full. (Labor $210.00) Brakes making odd noise took to Just Brakes in Chandler and they discovered that the lower sub-frame bolts were not bolted and sticking out up to 2-inches. They tightened and noted that because of this that the allignment was WAY off and had to reallign ($69.88). 1st call on 07/01/2015 talked to Lorraine who apologized for the mistake and said how dangerous it could have been and offered an oil change for our cars which I said was not sufficient and that I didn't want work done there anymore. She said she would call back with an offer. She never did. I called on 07/07/2015 making my request for refund on the repair ($210.00) and the reallignment I had done at another shot ($69.88). She rudely refused and said I was unreasonable and should have had the car towed to them and even went so far as to say that it was probably another shop who made the mistake. Please note that if she hadn't been so rude and basically made it MY problem I would not have posted this review.
