  • Selected them to purchase new Trane A/C unit because of affiliation with Lowe's. Install seemed to go fine. However, in trying to reach them after duct work split (that they were responsible for) within one year of install, I cannot get a call back from the head of service after trying for over a month! Evidently, the head of service doesn't believe in returning phone calls and leaving messages. Disappointing!
