  • Bought a truck from the bell road trucks only, buying experience was fine. Paid to have a lift kit put on my truck, have had nothing but problems since. First they had to reschedule because they didn't order the right lift. I wanted a 4" lift all they had was 6" lifts. Guy pushed really hard to try to make me get a 6" but in the end they ordered the lift. I wanted 33" tires they told me I had to get 35" tires. I specifically asked if they would fit on the 4" lift and the guy assured me they did it all the time no problem. Pick the truck up after lift kit and the tire pressure sensors weren't working and the tires were rubbing way too much. Leave two messages and no one called me back. I had to call 5 times to get a live person. Take truck in to get it fixed and I tell the guy it's rubbing way to much and his response was "you choose a 4" lift". Blaming me that the tires rub. He says he will fix it anyway. Oh thank goodness. I come back and he proceeded to tell me the tire pressure gauge wasn't broken and that he took care of the rubbing. I asked him how thy were going to reimburse me for having to drive across the valley to fix their error and he rolls his eyes at me and looks at some guy in the back. Full disclosure this is when I finally lost it called him an asshole and walked out. The little jerk cake flying out of the back and got in my face and started yelling and cussing at me. Completely caught off guard I started yelling back. Told him it was piss poor customer service, he flips me off and tells me to fuck off. Will never go back to these guys or any part of Sullivan motor group. Just a nice PS. I got the lifetime oil changes with my truck. They sold me that knowing I live in Glendale and they were closing the bell road store. Absolute terrible service
