  • My husband and I are new to area and needed routine checkups. The office is clean and very nice. However a routine check up resulted in cancer screening, etc that was not covered by insurance and never been done in previous dentist visits. We were charged extras and not discussed prior to completion. I called to discuss and the billing gentleman mentioned they would credit account but what he really did was credit for future services. I am not confirmation they will not overcharge for again and we will be going to a different office moving forward.
