  • I'm not surprised this location has bad reviews. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They speak to you like you're an idiot and very condescending. I had an arrangement delivered on Father's Day and I added chocolate covered strawberries to the order, not knowing they were birthday strawberries. The message on the card specifically said happy Father's Day to the best dad in the world. I'm sorry I'm not perfect and when I ordered them it was from my phone and I guess there was a tiny tiny tiny print on the strawberries that said happy birthday when I thought it said happy Father's Day because I was adding it to the Father's Day golf bouquet . Why wouldn't they have called me when they received my order to confirm if my order was suppose to have Chocolate covered birthday strawberries. I called and spoke to a Randy and he basically didn't care and apologized and said that we cannot do anything about and that I was responsible when I put the order in and they can't do anything about it. I wasn't expecting to get anything for free that was not my intentions I was expecting for him to handle it in a better way but the way he spoke to me was shocking. I will never go to this edible arrangements again there's plenty in town and this is definitely not the one that I will use again.
