  • 90 yr old guy goes for an oil change and the waiting room air conditioning is out in Vegas heatwave. So the lady courtesy driver offers him a ride home and says she will pick him up when the car is ready. Noon time he gets a call car is ready but no one can pick him up. During the conversation he was told it's not customary for courtesy rides for oil changes, even though there WAS personnel available for the free shuttle service offered and even though he was told by the courtesy driver she would pick him up, and even though he had prior major work done at this place and is a continuing customer. After the daunting task of finding his own transportation to pick up his car, no one apologized even after the gentle man customer continued politely saying he was still coming back in the future but thought the situation was mis handled!Wow. The owner was in the office who by the way is a total sweetheart but again this gentleman customer didn't want to make waves in the Vegas heatwave so he chose to take the higher road and leave without letting the owner know. Shame on you Mr front desk man for causing distress to one of your best customers who happens to be my Father in Law!
