It's a nice showroom with a good selection of products, affordable, a slow-moving but very helpful in-house team-- they even showed us the customer service desk where all our calls and questions will be answered in-house! My husband and I were able to find a couch that we liked and fits in our space-limited living room. We were even sold on the pet insurance policy, since we're in the market for a couch because our puppy ate half of our present couch. We purchased our couch July 4th weekend; it was back ordered but scheduled to be delivered the 1st of August. Didn't happen. We got a call a few days before our couch was scheduled to be delivered explaining that it would not be coming as anticipated. Frustrating. But we got the manager to discount the price of our couch and so we decided to wait another couple weeks. Couch is supposed to be coming this Friday. Just received a call that it won't be, but rescheduled for next week. We're now fully 6 weeks since purchasing our couch and no concrete sign that it will be delivered ... ever. I'm out of patience for this company. Their customer service is horrendous. We've looked around for a different couch so we can cancel this order, but haven't been able to fit our style/space limitations. I'm pretty fed up with sitting in a crater of a half-eaten couch, ready to rest these buns on a fluffy, brand new couch. Ashley Furniture apparently does not give any darns about the satisfaction of their customers or their responsibility to adhere to deadlines that they themselves set. I will never purchase so much as a throw pillow from this company again. Go to RC Willey, go to Walker... do NOT go to Ashley.
