  • I called the clinic to find out if I needed and an appointment on a Saturday, and the receptionist told me "no you can come in any time during our business hours". Upon arrival I was notified that Saturdays had an increased consultation fee of $55.00 raised from their standard $25.00 consultation fee. The receptionist could easily have given me that information over the phone, and I would have come during the week. Furthermore, they take scheduled appointments, and fit the walks-in between appointments. I had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. It would be a common courtesy for the receptionist to tell me that there are long waits. When I went to pay my bill it was close to $350.00. They were trying to charge me for Dukoral, which is recommended but not required for travel to my destination. Furthermore, when I spoke to my Pharmacist about it, she said that it's only 60% effective for E coli and 40% effective for Cholera. My doctor said she didn't think it was worth the cost. This business is poorly run. My bad for not reading more yelp reviews before hand.
