I have grown tired of this operations inability to successfully deal with clients. While most of the doctors here are good, the supporting structure around them is in need of change.
I had hoped that the frustrating situation in 2016 would have been corrected by now. That was left a few messages for the Scheduling department to call me back so I could schedule with them as their online scheduling system was terrible. After a week of no call backs, I had to call and ask to speak with the office manager at the time. She worked it out to finally get into see one of the doctors but with a week gone by; my ailment still had not been taken care of.
Just this week (Tuesday) I called again for another issue and was on hold for 25 min after their online Scheduling showed zero appointments available for weeks with any doctor. I waited, and waited and waited. Finally I hung up and called back thinking maybe a phone issue had occurred. I waited another 15 min and was eventually put to voicemail where I left a message for the scheduler.
It is now Friday morning and have yet to receive a call back. As a past patient I always knew their Scheduling was a problem but with two instances now, I'll be heading somewhere else for general practitioner care.
