  • The only reason why they're getting two stars is because Kay, my sons speech therapist is nice. Otherwise they really deserve one star. My son has been going here for two years and really, all they care about is money. They will cancel your appointment anytime without much notice but if you cancel less than 24 hours through no fault of your own, they charge a fee. I was stuck in traffic one day and after 15 mins of being late they drop the appointment. So when I called to tell them I was stuck in traffic and can't make it on time, they charged me a fee then too. Tried speaking to a supervisor and she was not emphatic and won't even make an exception for that time. I'm looking for a new place to bring him so I can drop these people. I want my son to go to a place that actually cares about their patients and is not all about money.
