  • I'd avoid at all costs - If you're looking to rent, they're eager to help. Once you're in, however, you might as well not exist. Additionally - Cover your butts with these guys. If for some reason you decide to rent with them, before you sign anything, take a lot of pictures, or even video if you can, of the rental you're choosing; while I took pictures, I should've done a whole lot more. I ended up leaving the unit far cleaner than the condition when I moved in, yet they claimed things were dirty/broken, as took it out of my deposit. Like I said - I'd personally avoid them - but if you do - cover yourself.
