****UPDATE****
I did contact corporate. Shortly after I received a call AND text msg from the district manager. He was fantastic. We had a very upbeat fun conversation. He not only apologized and thanked me, but he made it right. And asked if it was ok to use this experience as a training tool. He is also in charge of training for his district. I did take him up on his offer and accepted the free pizzas. I did not tell them that they were freebies due to a bad situation, and they were made perfectly! I even sent a picture to show him they did a great job!
Our pizza was missing toppings. And the toppings they did put on were so few and far between it looked pathetic. One piece of pepperoni, one mushroom and one banana pepper per slice. It was bad. Said they weigh the toppings for each pizza per how many toppings you have...wtf us that all about??? I called the manager, Ryan and he never offered an apology or offered to make it right, as per the toppings they forgot. Only continually said that's how corporate wants it done. I will be contacting corporate and will not be ordering from dominos again. After all we did pay for the toppings we did not get.
