Ridiculous! I can't believe I just wasted 35 min of my life in the drive thru. This employee I had to deal with is the worst I've ever had to deal with in my life. First of all, says she can't use the coupon because she is new and didn't know how. I said ok I'll just save it , no problem. Then she tries to overcharge for a substitution, I asked her to fix , she had attitude but did fix. She came back and said $7.01. I told her I'll give her 10.01 so I can get 3 bucks back. Now she was on her cell the entire time so I doubt she was paying attention . She came back with 2.99. I reminded her I gave her a penny to get 2 dollar bills, her response " well sir , it's still money" I told her I didn't want to clutter change on my car. She said hold on. Comes back 13 min later with the smoothie and no money. I told her I don't want the smoothie now as it doesn't take 13 min to make one and obviously she did something to it. She just laughed. Didn't even dent it. I gave her the 2 bucks she gave me and she says "change" . I told her she never gave me the change or brought back the dollar bill she says she was going to bring. She then tried to argue with me and blame me for not taking the change as she said she tried to give it to me. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked if she was talking to the manager on her cell. She ignored me, slammed her window and came back 5 min later with my $10 which she THREW at me b4 closing the window again. I honked the horn for her to return so I can get manager name and time they arrive. She ignored me. I didn't leave. Now another car came behind me to order so I know she is going to finally come back to the window. She tried to act very polite all of a sudden with her fake good attitude. I got her name, which she may have lied anyway and finally gave me her manager. I will be sending corporate a nice long complaint and the manager better make this right. Before I wrote this I realized most people have issues with this location. Employees are only allowed to get away with what managers allow. I'll update how management handles this .
