  • Jason is a phenomenal service rep, unfortunately I have had to bring in my car 3 times in as many months for service, but he has always been so helpful. The most critical component of my satisfaction with a car service center and rep is wether I feel like they are honest, trustworthy, and speak in terms that I can understand. I have never felt that Jason was trying to take advantage of my unfamiliarity with cars and he has always been straight forward and gave his honest opinion of how he would approach the repair if it were his vehicle. My recent issue required the rear differential to be completely taken apart and replace the internal components. I was quoted at $3500, fortunately it came out to $2200 and Jason gave us a huge discount, which he did on my previous service as well since I bought the car there and always service it there. It's so hard to find a good repair shop and I had poor experiences with Van in the past even though I bought my Yukon here like 10 years ago. Jason has restored my faith! I hope to buy a new Yukon from you in the next 6-9 months.
