  • Poor management and no regard for customers. Waited in line for 30 minutes and 45 for our drinks. Saw about 8 baristas in the back and 1 drink made every 10 minutes, not sure what's going on back there. That's a sign of poor management. The saving grace was that the drinks were good, but don't think it's worth coming back if the wait is that long.
