  • This place only has gotten worse with the new management company. Their staff changes by the day. They are untrustworthy, have no follow up and no consistency. They go back on their word then tell you "You should have gotten it in writing." (That is verbatim what their property manager told me lol) They have taken advantage of me during the worst time in my life and made me miserable. All of the reasons I chose this property in the beginning are now gone. Don't move here. Don't let them convince you they "now have the right staff and things are getting better" because they have been saying that since they took over and it legitimately gets worse by the day. Alliance is a horrible company and it shows by the quality of life they have forced on me as a landlord.
