I had heard mixed reviews about Plato's closet so I was optimistic going here. When I first entered, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the selection was great. However, I went to sell some items that I either wore ONCE or I never got around to wearing and still had the tags on them. I was told it would be an hour wait and to look around the store. I did so and was looking at their quality to see how it compared to mine. I found two items with spots on them and a pair of ripped boots. Naturally, I was feeling pretty good about my items. Once I went to claim my items, they chose two items (the OLDEST and most used of the items I had by the way) and said the others were either too worn out or stained (which is absolutely ridiculous and not true seeing as some were brand new). I do understand they cannot take everything which is why I was okay with the fact that they only chose two out of ten .. until she told me what she would give me for them. She offered me $1.50 for a crop top and a bodysuit. $1.50..? Really? I chose to keep my items. Honestly I spent more money in GAS getting to their location. Such a rip off and totally turned me off to even shopping there. The one thing I can say they're good at is losing customers. Never going back.
