  • I was lured in by the great price of the membership option. I went for about 2 years and paid a ton of money to see little to no change. I have dark hair and very light skin and they say this is the best candidate for laser hair removal. However, I didn't see the results that were promised to me when I signed up. Not even close. The staff members were nice enough. The biggest issue I had with this company was their ridiculous scheduling. If you think you might ever have to reschedule an appointment, you might as well not even sign up. It is literally impossible to get another appointment in a reasonable timeframe. They will schedule you out months later. This happened to me on multiple occasions. At each appointment, they would ask me if I noticed it working and I would tell them I saw no difference. When I came to the end of my membership and let them know again that it wasn't working, they blamed it on my inconsistent appointments. I made a huge effort to come to each appointment and reschedule weeks in advance if I knew I wouldn't be able to go due to my hectic job. At the end of my membership, they didn't offer me any type of refund or even offer to continue the treatments until I reached the reduction they promised when I signed up. I wanted to like this company so bad, but I am overall very disappointed.
