  • This trampoline park just opened up and we were so excited to come! Their website is very user friendly and explains everything you need to know from prices to hours. If you have ever been to SkyZone, this place seems to be run very similarly. Pros: Great prices: especially if you have a kid under 6! There is a toddler time during the week where kids jump for a discounted price and adults can jump for $2. The place is very clean!!! The foam in the foam pit is brand new as well as the dodgeballs. Doesn't smell bad. I've been to some trampoline parks that smell like feet and this one doesn't, so that's a plus. Employees everywhere!!! In every section of trampolines there was an employee in a bright orange t shirts. Most of them were so interactive playing with all the kids, my daughter was having so much fun with them. Cons: Some of the employees are not interactive at all. They just stand there... one little girl was having some trouble getting her beam onto the balance beam and the employee just stood there while she struggled. Another little kid ended up helping her. However, some employees are TOO interactive. I literally watched an employee hit a kid HARD in the face with a dodgeball. I understand it was an accident, but still. The girl I was helped by in the front desk needs some training. I went in during "Toddler Time" where kids under 6 are discounted and the parent jumps for only $2.... well the employee FIRST charged full price for 1 child and 1 adult. When I asked her about toddler time, she changed it. The SECOND time she charged the discount price for 1 child but still charged full price for 1 adult. I finally showed her THEIR menu and explained that I should only get charged $2 for me. She seemed surprised like she didn't know that was an option. Someone else came to help her and corrected everything but the lady should have been showing ME the deal, not the other way around. This isn't really negative or positive, but I didn't see a system in place to let people know when they are done jumping. Obviously if I paid for an hour I should stop jumping after an hour, but since I wasn't keeping track of time, my daughter kept jumping past our paid time. I did notice different colored wristbands. Overall, we will be back. This place is still new so I think the cons I'm talking about will get sorted out as time goes on. My daughter had fun and that's all that matters. It's a fun place that is still working on perfecting everything.
