  • I am very unhappy with this location. I went to the lake mead location & had no problem. I came here to get just 2 packs of Exstensions & was sold some. The employee told me there were SOME synthetic hair in the weft, but would curl no problem. That was not the case. I had to hold the curling iron on the hair for 15 seconds & still NO CURL! I called & they said you had to pin up each curl you did. I told them there were tape ins & it's impossible to do that. After an hour of txt war, I went in to get my $60 credit towards the new hair. When I got there, they said they would only give me a credit if I bought 4 MORE PACKETS of hair! I was livid. When I told the front desk, that she was the girl who helped me, she denied the whole thing. Very unprofessional & rude. Would not recommend this location.
