Pretty unsatisfactory, customer service here.
We're here for a volleyball tournament so it's been packed all weekend, which is understandable. What got me upset was the fact that they are not friendly & they really need to learn how to communicate with their customers. I asked for a spoon so I could take out all the ice they put in the drink (again) and asked to fill it up with the actual drink. But instead he takes out some ice & replaces it with water. Are you freaking kidding me?! The guy was rude & not once looked me in the eye, totally avoiding making any eye contact with me. Customer Service 101 guys! My daughter was ok with it, but I told her that we can't let people get away with stuff like this. It's not like it's coming out of their own pocket. Starbucks has enough money, I'm pretty sure.
We walked back & asked for more Strawberry Acai because of what happened....she put a bit more, but I really should've asked for more since it was already watered down.
There was a guy in a blue button shirt around there, (manager?) but didn't care to speak to me.
My daughter had asked for light ice, btw...but obviously they didn't care. The first day my daughter got her drink from here, it was mostly an 8 block chunk of ice with a few others.
