Tip: Ask friends/family for their empties to use UNLESS you have that many bottles lying around.
I came here through an intro offer for $14/14 bottles of wine! (I believe the deal was advertised on Facebook.) Try to find this kinda deal within Canada...simply can't be done. :)
There were 2 stages for the wine making process: Yeast Drop (takes a minute, but has to be done by you as per some kinda bylaw) + the actual Wine Making/Bottling/Corking/Labelling.
I did the second part today and on both visits, the staff were very relaxed and friendly! Heck, they were some of the happiest people that I've encountered in a workplace. :) Artem helped me out and he was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to sweeten my Merlot and he added the sweetening agent and let me taste it a couple of times, no problem!
The only downside I see is that the wine isn't drinkable right away. It has to age approx. 4 months before you should open it up! I'd definitely go through this process again.
