| - I sure wish the owner of this dealership reads this review somehow!
I went with my family to this dealer location the other night. No kidding AS SOON as our vehicle hits park, 3-4 sales employees are gaggling around our vehicle WAITING for us to get out (and when I say around, no kidding waiting at the rear of the vehicle or within 5 feet of the front bumber). My husband doesn't even undo his seatbelt (has just cracked the door open), and the vultures are pouncing on us! Oh and yes, we had our daughter in the seat as well, who was still strapped in, and they are trying to get our business without waiting for us. And my husband had to tell them, hey we just have to get our daughter out. They kinda got the hint then to back off. But once she was out they were still trying to be pushy on us, so my husband tells the guy we have an appointment. THAT sent the vultures away!!!
Seriously if we hadn't had an appointment, I would have told my hubby to start the car and leave! Having sales reps practically ready to pounce on you before you even leave your car, not very pleasant, and sets off a very bad first impression, not to mention made me feel creeped out. That says you care more about the sales commission than you want to help your customer.
Once we were past the vultures, the individual we had our appointment with was polite, and informative, and pretty laid back with us. I liked that. He wasn't pushy, wasn't really after the sale, but wanting to hear our feedback, on what we liked and didn't like with the vehicle we were looking at.
And I did like the fact they actually have a kid zone with a little slide, and a mini basketball hoop, while you are waiting.
Figured it would be wise to mention this in case management was looking for an area to improve on with employees.
