  • You think after 2 times of going to the TATUM location and having problems..I would have learned my lesson, but again just the other day I needed a wash/wax after the rain so I figured this time I would go to the Bell location and ask for Tim...my savior and nice guy from my problems with TATUM. I called ahead of time(on a Thursday) and was told that he was no longer at the location, but spoke to Damien...who remembered me from last time. He promised me that he would take great care of me and to just come in and see him. I felt good about this...so I went and he again greeted me at my car. We discussed a wash/wax and this time...bc I really wanted the inside of my car clean (white nappa leather) I also asked for extra inside detail....all coming out to $90. I again left my car for 2 hours...so they could take their time and really clean the car. Well...to my surprise...NOT...i came back and again the outside looked great. The inside was vacuumed, but the extra $50 I paid...the side panels and dash/console that were supposed to be cleaned...they were not. To add insult to injury...they had actually ruined part of my door trim and pulled some of the leather off...so it was now discolored. I immediately got Damien...who was apologetic....but did say they weren't able to clean this leather bc it's so soft...THEN WHY DID YOU SELL ME THE SERVICE?!?! Which I of course asked him and he didn't really answer. The doors still had all the scruff marks that I had pointed out on them...and the leather cleaner they used to wipe dashboard was smudged all over the stereo/ac console area. After 45 min of trying to "clean" the mistake areas and areas missed...he again said we just can't clean this type of leather with out ruining it. AKA the part they had already ruined. I am not sure why I thought it was a good idea to pay before looking at the car...but I asked Damien for a refund....since A:service not completed B: my trim was damaged and would now need to be fixed C: my time was wasted. He told me he would have to call corp to get permission and they were closed now. I said Im sure he can reach one of the GMs on his cell phone...so he left for about 10 min and came back and said the GM said they did the service that was asked for and would not issue a refund. I got pretty frustrated so I called Tim at the Happy Valley location which he was at...he apologized and said he would talk to the GM on friday and get back to me and etc etc Well it's Monday...4 days later...never heard from Tim or Damien or Travis the GM. So I'm going to dispute the charge....give them the mental bird...and NEVER even if only car wash in PHX ever ever ever go back. And I urge anyone who wants to get a clean car or cares about their time or money to NEVER use Danny's(Jacksons) car wash again. Whoever bought out Dannys should learn how to run a business...FIRE everyone that works for them and start over...bc it doesn't seem like what you have now is working and Im not the only one that thinks so.
