  • This location isn't worth a star. They seem in-compassionate. Corporate recently came in and took the doors down where prescreening is done. We give the staff our full social prior to starting the evaluation. Who wants to say they're social out loud ? I already had a bad feeling about donating for the second time. Apparently there's new staff because the first time I went in they all seem unsure about sticking me. We heard an employee openly talking to someone donating about how they were done with BPL and that another company was very interested in him. Funny thing is this guy stuck my cousin the first time and needed to call a sup over because he didn't get a vein right away. My cousin and I ended up getting bruised the second time we donated. I'm NEVER going back again. Reader please note you can ask for a supervisor to stick you. I wish I would have known this !!! Now my arms look beat up and the pain sucks !
