  • Called these clowns up for a simple cinder block wall repair on May 21st, 2014. The woman I spoke to told me they would CALL ME to let me know when they would arrive the very next day, on May 22nd. Nobody ever called. Nobody ever showed. I called them up and the same woman said someone would be at my place the next morning between 8AM-9AM, May 23rd. Nobody ever showed up. Nobody ever called. Frustrated, I called back and there was no apology. There wasn't even the slightest hint of shock or bewilderment from the woman I spoke to three times that dropped the ball. Don't tell potentially paying customers someone will show up, and then not bother to show up, not bother to even call, and then insulting not even bother to act like you give a damn. Very unprofessional for such a simple job. Stay away, or good luck getting service from them - I never did. NLS Grounds Management, you fail as a local Las Vegas business. F-
