I don't have an in depth review of this place because I only use it for their service centre.
I am a loyal customer to this place mainly because they do things pretty efficiently and seem honest enough. Having a 2006 civic, the internal computer tells me when its time to get a service on the car with a little code telling me what the service entails. This is of course more preventive maintenance than actual problems, and so I guess really there isn't much to leave into the hands of the mechanics when it comes to trying to take my money. Since this is a franchise the costs are similar across dealerships.
But I have come across a couple of minor problems with the car and the problem was found fairly quickly. Their solution to the problem was cheaper than I expected and that is always a good thing when you are dealing with vehicles. Because of that they have gained my trust.
I find the service to be really efficient. When I schedule an appointment I see my car go in when I drop it off and their time frames for service completion are reasonable and have never taken longer than what they say.
I feel they run a good shop over there.
