Recently had the absolute worse customer service experience here. The person helping me check in was rude and clearly did not want to be there. I was just checking in, didn't have any special requests or anything out of the ordinary. I asked what was included in the daily resort fee and got attitude and rolled eyes. I also asked if the Wifi had a password or how to access it and she audibly sighed. The rest of the stay was uneventful and the rooms do not make up for the lack of customer service. The rooms while nice, could use a little makeover. There are to many options in Vegas with great promotions to stay somewhere that doesn't want you!
