  • The actual dental care here is good. Dr. Haghighat is a great dentist and is willing to explain all options, answer questions, and truly has the best interest in mind for the patient. I have been a patient here for 5+ years and have had several hygienists and all of them seem to be pleasant and good at what they do. Unfortunately the administrative side of this office is horrible. They don't return calls, the billing is convoluted, it is very difficult to schedule appointments as they seem to overbook all the time and don't have openings, and this morning when I had a scheduled appointment I walked in 14 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule (it took me 4 months to get the appointment this morning for a basic cleaning). Horrible customer service at the front desk, no empathy (had a 4 year old child in tow that caused me to run late), and no interest in trying to keep me as a patient. This was the last straw and I am done with this place. Found another Moon Valley area dentist and have a cleaning set for next week.
