  • This is the worst market in terms of customer service. No hello, thank you or any greeting at all. The only word I heard was "sign!" when they gave me the credit card receipt. Not only did they not pack my groceries, the checkout lady even criticized the way I packed the bags. Wow. I hope she had a long happy career here as I doubt that kind of behavior would be acceptable anywhere else. I wish I could say that she's the only rude one there. Sadly most of the checkout staff are all kind of the same. If I feel like buying a lot of Asian groceries I do go to Lin's on 44th St. Their stock is much fresher and the service somewhat better.
