By far the worse customer service I've ever experienced.
Manager Josh is very unprofessional and staff needs to be trained on how to keep guests info private.
Personal information was just blabbed out in front of numerous staff just standing around , as usual, and a second time as guests was getting scanned in.
I expressed that I got embarrassed when this happened before I left the gym and Manager just stated that it happens all the time and it's not a big deal of my situation.
Disappointed because I've always encountered great service from all the other EOS staff from other locations and this location just left a bad taste in my mouth.
