I am writing to share my experience with adore. I went to Vegas for the weekend and happen to walk by Adore store. a sale person started a conversation with me and invited me in the store to try on their products. She handed me to another sales person named Yael. She was very aggressive and used high-pressure sales tactic. Tried on some eye cream for me and tell me how it was solved all my problems. She also showed me a bunch of other products. Then we talked about price, she gave me a huge discount because I was hesitant on spending so much money. Price went down from couple thousand to 500. I gave in and made a purchase. She also told me that if I didn't like the products I can get my money back. About 15 minutes later I started having bad reaction to this things that she tried on my face. Walked back to the store within 30 minutes and asked for my money back. She pulled out a sign that says no exchange or refund and give me a fake phone number to call customer service. Then I knew I got scammed. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and did my only search to find the right phone number and email address. I also did some research on consumer laws and cited it on my email to them, on top of that I gave them a list of websites that show bad reviews from other people. Oh I also did some research on the chemicals that they use in their cosmetics and turns out they are not really Organic. What led them to agree to pay me back was that I file a complaint with the mall. Adore called and offered to refund.
