  • My first experience with this photographer was not good. They took the photos for my son's high school football team. The photo they sent us was too dark to make out my son's face and there was a large exposure mark over his face. I called to see what could be done and was told that the photo was lightened, but when I received the new photos they were just as dark. Not to mention, there were students and backpacks thrown around in the background. When I called to speak about the "new" photos, I was told the only option was to take time out of my day and come into the studio for a re-shoot. In my opinion, these professional photos were not at all professional and I hope Bernhard & Williams will not be the exclusive photographers for my son's high school activities. I gave them 1 star only because I had to select at least one. Given the option, I would give them zero stars.
