I have used OneGuard for several years with a single family residence and have been very pleased with the service calls when requested.
I added a townhouse about 3 years ago and the rate was competitive. For some unknown reason my new contract was raised over $100 with no explanation and they started taking money from my bank account 2 months before the new contract. They did not give me an explanation of the increase nor supplied me with a new contract. I won't go into my conversation when i called them about this but i will say that i feel they lied and were unprofessional.
Sad to say that i will drop their service and try another company. I kinda think these businesses are all the same but you can't take advantage of a loyal customer.
