  • I truly wish I could offer this salon a more positive review...and another chance. I will not be returning. In a nutshell...one particular reception / female staff member remains consistently and heinously rude, to the point where upon each visit, I am prepared (and no longer fazed) for her abrasive assault of a greeting -- drilling me and doing everything in her power to prove that my appointment (which I'd just called in 10 minutes prior) does not exist, though was clearly listed (in handwritten print) in front of her on the log book -- I simply pointed it out to her, in silence. I must also agree with previous reviews that the quality of product is simply not up to standard per the fee for service - or any fee for that matter. Gel pedicures were $45.00 two weeks ago, today they were $50.00. Three of my nails popped off during a fill (I'd just received a full set two weeks prior) and the gel polish "lifts and peels" über quickly after one week. I've always had lovely and pleasant technicians, however, the abhorring reception staff (one in particular), poor quality of product and insistence to prove that my appointment does not exist, definitively do not warrant a return visit.
