  • Planning funeral arrangements is never an easy task, but the experience I had today was surprisingly not bad. I attended a meeting where crematory arrangements were being made for my dear friend who passed away. Tom Cropp navigated us through important details, legal issues, to helping us make decisions that were best for our situation. He offered a pleasant demeanor and was professional, but had a light-hearted way about him that allowed us to laugh at times. It was much less painful then we all expected.
