When I pay over $30 for breakfast, I generally expect it to be excellent. That was not the case with the Aria breakfast buffet. While there was a nice selection from various ethnic tastes (but no Indian, African, or Scandinavian tastes), none of the food was delicious.
It's hard to mess up pig, right? Yet the applewood smoked bacon was tasteless. The ham was tasteless. The pork belly was the only part of the pig that had a bit of flavor. I tried the beef. Sigh. Repeat of the tasteless palette.
The omelette was good. The potatoes were raw. (They cut your individual pancake from a 1'1/2" foot pancake.) The fruit was in season. I started to go for Dim Sum, but began to feel full off of my tastes.
The service was slow, but saving the tasteless brunch with the milk, water, and juice selections.
