  • Wsited at least 30 minutes while one rep just kept answering phone and servicing calls instead of people that bothered to come in person. Amost waljed out. We went in wanting to buy 4 tires...priced between costco 3rd tire free special on Michelin tires coming in april to see if they could compete. Discount gave me better price but lesser quality and only 3 year warranty versus 5 year at costco. I pleaded with the rep to give me a reason to buy from them and he couldnt. We buy a high performance tire at costco, they tried to sell us an entry level all season road tire. Went their because reviews raved about service. They sure didn't extend it that day.
