  • I'd say all in all they did a pretty good job but two big complaints. All your paperwork needs to be completed before your appointment which is pretty standard but they tell you to come in a half hour before your appointment time. I didn't realize that wasn't my appointment time so there was a lot of sitting around. My second complaint is that they are next door to a vets office and the smell comes wafting over so if you're a super sniffer and smells bother you, this place may not be for you.
