  • ZERO accountability or caring that time is of the essence!! I have my business PO box at this location. According to the tracking record, I received a package that I was eagerly waiting for on a Saturday morning. I went out of my way to go pick it up Saturday night only to find out it wasn't in my box. First thing Monday morning I called the main number to inquire about it (not this locations number but the number for all post offices - this post office does not list their number publicly) A case was opened and I was told I would be called within 24 hours from the location where my PO box is. 24 hours comes and goes and I hear nothing. Being that my package more than likely got put in someone else's box (thus if someone else received it, it probably would be gone for good) time was of the essence. Tuesday afternoon I call the main number again and am then given the direct number where my PO box is. I call them on Tuesday afternoon and speak to Bob who then tells me he will have Monica look into it and call me back. Wednesday afternoon (5 days after my package was supposibly delivered) I then go down to the PO to try andd talk to someone in person since no one is calling me back. After explaining to the clerk that I want to speak to the supervisor he leaves and then comes back and doesn't even say anything to me but proceeds to do stuff around the area. After several minutes he then tells me that someone will call me. At this point I am beyond fustrated and now angry. I tell him that I will not wait to have someone call me and that I want to talk to a supervisor. Finally I am asked to "step aside" . 20 minutes later (I timed it) someone comes out to talk to me and the first thing they tell me is that there is no reason to be mad (I'm sure my face showed how fustrated I was!!) I then inform him that I am not mad do to the package going "missing" but do to several days of being told that someone would call me and getting the run around. He was able to find the package so I got it, but I never received an apology for them doing whatever they did with it (which also caused me all sorts of work problems). Also all during the time I was in the PO waiting it was very slow so there really was no reason not to look for the item while I was there.
