  • These are the nicest, most professional people I have encountered in Phoenix. The office staff runs a tight ship and they are pleasant and polite all the time. Billing will take a charge card from you if you are too ill to come in. Everyone caters to the patient with kindess. The PA, Dr. Kim, is kind and smart. She cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to help them. It is a true family practice in the broadest sense; the people in it pull for each other and then all of them pull for you, the patient. I don't know how anyone could say something negative about this practice. I am amazed by these posts. There are bad doctors out there, but there is no one here below the level of excellent, caring, responsive and responsible. If only everyone were like Dr. Pham and Dr. Kim, getting good medical care would be a sure thing.
