  • I have used this company 2 times in the past. I was so excited to use them again for this last move. When they initally arrived we found there was an issue with the moving invoice. They were only anticipating moving a small apartment rather than a 2000 sq/ft home. My house immediately smelled of cigarette smoke from the time they entered. They did not take time to cover the carpets as they had done in the past. They were banging my furniture into the walls and not being careful with any of it. They broke a book case. They were in a complete rush to pack my belongings in the truck. They were not alloted the correct amount of time for the move and were trying to rush the entire move. There was not enough room in the truck for all my belngings and a second truck was sent for the remainder. The job was in such a rush there was a significant number of items left at the house. They did not check to make sure they had taken all the items before the last truck left. We had to make 9 trips back and forth to pick up the items left by the company. The lead person had chewing tobacco in his mouth when going over the final paper work. Attempted to contact the manager later that day and was yelled at by the manager on the phone and was told "If you did not like the company then don't use it again". I was so disappointed by this whole incident that I will never use this company again and I will make sure that I spread the word on how unprofessional they are.
