Where do I start!! In November I tried to schedule for my Daughters vehicle to be looked at. She is a college student and over 5 hours away from home. I scheduled our appointment for December 26th at 09:30 the day after Christmas. She was home for Christmas break and when we scheduled they said it would be a perfect time. I drove her car in that morning from Shelby NC and I was 30 minutes early. I get informed from Chris Harmon that they can't look at my daughters vehicle. They said we are sorry the Service Manager only has 3 service reps and they have over 50 appointments this week. So I get sent home with that as a explanation! I then get a call from quality control and when I tell them about my experience they said we will get to the bottom of this. Still no call back from this dealership or Land Rover 3 months later. I have two Land Rover products and I am not happy.
