Worst experience ever! Ordered a 70" TV Nov 10. Thought I'd have it well before Thanksgiving. Received an email id have it between 11/22 & 12/5. On 12/5 still did not receive. Called Sams Club and told I'd be contacted next day. On 12/7 I called MDX, the shipper. No idea and told to call Sams. Called Sams and again told I'd be contacted. A dock search was conducted and my TV found. Got a automated call and received a delivery for 12/18. Checked website and no delivery date given. Called Sams again. Received email yesterday giving me dates for delivery. Earliest date was 12/22!!! Of course no one wants to talk to me. How you stay in business for s a wonder!
I couldn't be moved to the front of the line be after my wait! Maybe News 3 complaint line will like this story!
