  • This was my first time at any great clips, I usually pay a much greater amount for a haircut. I was hesitant but Cyrena did an amazing job. My hair was mid length and I had her cut my hair right above the shoulder (big cut) she went above and beyond from my expectations. She listened to everything I said (hair type, how I wear my hair and layers). She was very relatable and made me feel very welcomed. I will be going back to her again when I need my next cut and hopefully if she moves I can follow her. I'm very happy with her service. I did online check in for a shorter wait time and this was helpful although it wasn't very busy on a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you Cyrena if you're reading this!!!! You rock girl.
