  • Terrible. One star is being generous. Barb was incredibly disorganized throughout the entire process, even on the day of closing. She had to redo some docs while we were at the closing. The buyer was not in town, which Barb knew about ahead of time, and Barb waited until the last minute to get the buyer's paperwork to her and it ended up being late so the closing was delayed. We had given the buyer six weeks to close, plenty of time for Barb to have everything finished. Barb notified our realtor at the end of the day when it was too late to do anything about it. Monday was a holiday so our closing was held up several days, costing us extra interest and Barb's response was basically "Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it now." Stay away from this incompetent group of people!!
